These Terms of Service govern your use of SplitSheet, a Google Sheets™ add-on created by le6labs. By installing or using SplitSheet, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using SplitSheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.
2. Description of service
SplitSheet is a Google Workspace™ add-on that allows users to track and split group expenses within Google Sheets™. The add-on operates entirely within your Google account — le6labs does not store, access, or process your expense data.
3. License tiers
SplitSheet is available under three license tiers: Free (up to 3 people per sheet), Per Sheet ($2.99 one-time, unlimited people for one spreadsheet), and Lifetime ($9.99 one-time, unlimited people and unlimited spreadsheets). License keys are issued upon purchase and are tied to your Google account.
4. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Prices are in USD. By making a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the add-on from functioning, please contact us at le6labs@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SplitSheet, including attempting to reverse engineer the add-on, share license keys for commercial redistribution, or use the add-on in any way that violates applicable laws or Google's terms of service.
6. Intellectual property
SplitSheet and all associated code, design, and content are the property of le6labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on for personal or internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
SplitSheet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. le6labs does not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, le6labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SplitSheet, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of SplitSheet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which le6labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
