These Terms of Service govern your use of SplitSheet™, a Google Sheets™ add-on created by le6labs LLC. By installing or using SplitSheet™, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using SplitSheet™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.
2. Description of service
SplitSheet™ is a Google Workspace™ add-on that allows users to track and split group expenses within Google Sheets™. The add-on operates entirely within your Google account — le6labs LLC does not store, access, or process your expense data.
3. Plans
SplitSheet™ is available in two plans: Free (all features, up to 20 expense rows per sheet, unlimited sheets and people) and Pro ($9.99/year subscription — unlimited rows across unlimited sheets). Your plan is tied to your Google account; there are no license keys to manage.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD; your local currency may be shown at checkout. Pro is billed annually and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you'll keep Pro access through the end of your paid period. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. For any billing issue, contact us at le6labs@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SplitSheet™, including attempting to reverse engineer the add-on, circumvent subscription limits, or use the add-on in any way that violates applicable laws or Google's terms of service.
6. Intellectual property
SplitSheet™ and all associated code, design, and content are the property of le6labs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on for personal or internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
SplitSheet™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. le6labs LLC does not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, le6labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SplitSheet™, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of SplitSheet™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which le6labs LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
