How do I install SplitSheet™?
SplitSheet™ is currently pending approval. Installation instructions will be available here once it's live. Email us at le6labs@gmail.com if you'd like to be notified when it launches.
How do I open the sidebar?
Once installed, open any Google Sheet and go to Extensions → SplitSheet™ → Open. The sidebar will appear on the right side of your sheet.
I upgraded but don't see Pro yet
Pro turns on by itself — there's nothing to enter or activate. It's linked to the Google account you paid with, so two quick checks: make sure you're signed in to that same Google account, then reopen SplitSheet™ (Extensions → SplitSheet™ → Open) and tap Refresh The Sheet. It can take a minute or two after checkout. Still stuck? Email us at le6labs@gmail.com with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Can I use SplitSheet™ on mobile?
SplitSheet™ works best on desktop via the Google Sheets™ web app. The Google Sheets™ mobile app has limited add-on support, so we recommend using a desktop browser for the full experience.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Pro is a yearly subscription you can cancel anytime — just email us at le6labs@gmail.com. You'll keep Pro through the end of your paid year, with no further charges. If you're hitting a technical issue that prevents the add-on from working, reach out and we'll make it right.
